Only ISO containers of size 20’, 40’ or 40’ HC are to be used for shipping. Any deviation must be approved in writing by Meditrade UK’s purchasing or logistics team prior to shipment.
The supplier must book the shipment with the forwarding agent at least four (4) weeks in advance. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the supplier being held liable for any resulting delays or additional costs incurred by Meditrade UK.
The supplier is responsible for inspecting each container for suitability before loading. This inspection must be documented with photographs and included with the shipping documents. The supplier shall be fully liable for any product damage caused by unsuitable or defective containers.
The supplier is fully responsible for proper loading, cargo securing, and safe stowage of the goods. The following must be observed:
All documents must be received by Meditrade UK no later than 10 days after shipment. Required documents include:
The supplier must immediately notify Meditrade UK if the ordered volume exceeds the container capacity. Such orders require written approval before shipment.
All goods are accepted subject to full quantity and quality verification after unloading. Meditrade UK reserves the right to reject or claim for defects discovered later, even if a visual inspection was carried out on arrival.
By accepting the order, the supplier confirms:
Full traceability of each product and batch.
Any deviation from these Delivery Terms may result in additional costs for Meditrade UK. Meditrade UK reserves the right to charge the supplier for any extra expenses incurred. Non-compliance with these terms may also lead to further claims against the supplier.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms or related deliveries.

Goods must be delivered single-variety (one article / one batch per pallet). Mixed pallets require prior written approval.
Secure pallets properly to prevent shifting or damage.
Labels must face outwards for easy identification.
All deliveries are accepted subject to full quantity and quality inspection. Meditrade UK reserves the right to reject goods or claim for defects discovered later (within 7 days of delivery).
By accepting the order, the supplier agrees to all quality, traceability, documentation, and audit requirements as detailed in the Container Delivery Terms (including ISO 13485, 10-year record retention, change notification, etc.).
Any deviation from these instructions may result in additional charges, waiting time fees, or rejection of the delivery. Meditrade UK reserves the right to pass on all extra costs to the supplier.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
